My biography
My journey
Belgian chef of Sicilian origin, I have always been passionate about flavors from elsewhere.
I studied at the hotel school where my passion only grew and where I subsequently had the chance to join the 2-star kitchens of chef Yves Mattagne for almost 7 years.
My experience grew and diversified as a pastry chef and as a private chef in Paris for an Arab prince.
After going through different experiences like the Philippines or various events like Dinner in the Sky, I decided to settle down in the south of Spain where I had my own gastronomic restaurant Fusion by Sylvio Santogiacomo.
Now I combine all my experiences to dedicate myself to private chef and consulting services in Andalusia and Belgium.
My secret
My secret is this fusion of cultures that I have and that I put on my plates. And I love chocolate!!
