Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These general conditions govern the provision of private chef services offered by Sylvio Santogiacomo, Company number: 0892366940.

2. Reservations

All reservations are confirmed after a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount.

3. Payment

The balance must be paid no later than the day of the service. Payments are accepted by bank transfer and cash.

4. Cancellation

In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation by the chef, the client will be fully refunded.

5. Responsibility

The chef is committed to providing the service professionally. The client is responsible for providing a suitable environment (functional kitchen, hygiene, safety).
